About

As a Strategic Partnerships and Expansion leader, my value is absolute execution in complex environments. I combine the quantitative rigor of data science with the diplomatic force required to navigate rigid regulatory landscapes and close high-stakes agreements. I don't just identify market opportunities; I build the pipelines, manage the due diligence, and orchestrate the cross-functional teams required to capture them.

Is answering support tickets too fast making your users lazy?

When you reply to every chat within two minutes people stop looking at your docs altogether. They just use support like a search bar instead of figuring out the app.

I get wanting to give good service but jumping on every simple question right away eats up your whole day and stops users from learning the product properly.

How do you balance being helpful with forcing people to actually check the help center first?

I rewrote a page title for clicks and only later found it was my most AI cited page

Two weeks of Search Console data pushed me into a CTR experiment. Ranking was not my problem. Position improved from 41.1 to 27.6 over a month and the clicks did not follow, so I went after titles instead.

The first page I picked was a manufacturing cost post sitting at 1,342 impressions, 0 clicks, position 6.2. I retitled it to lead with the 4k to 30k price bands the page already contained. That one I still feel good about.

Why most "read later" features fail in daily practice??

Almost every content platform now comes with a built-in bookmark or favorite button.

The problem is that saving content is effortless but returning to consume it requires intentional effort. Without a smart system to resurface those items or remind us they exist, saved lists just turn into digital clutter.

Lately. I ve stopped saving articles altogether. If I don't have time to read something right then I usually just close the tab and let it go.

Have you found a bookmarking workflow or app that actually forces you to review what you saved or have you given up on saving things for later too?
