Tools like OpenAI’s Whisper have become real game-changers by slicing the time it takes companies to integrate transcription features into their apps. They've sparked a whole new genre in note-taking apps — think AudioPen. 

Voicenotes is the latest AI-powered note-taking app on the block. Built by Buy Me a Coffee founder Jijo Sunny and his wife Aleesha, Voicenotes wants to set itself apart by making it more like a second brain for your notes. 

There’s no login — instead, you can open the app and hit record immediately. From there, you can record up to one minute of audio before paying for more time. Once happy, you can tag and edit your notes before generating a title with AI. You can also use AI to reformat it into things like a blog post or a to-do list.

It gets exciting when it comes to that second brain thing I mentioned. Voicenotes comes with an AI assistant personalized to you. Say you’re about to go shopping and can’t remember what brand of deodorant you bought two weeks ago. You can simply ask your AI to trawl your notes and remember it for you. 

You can also ask your AI to brainstorm new ideas based on your past entries and even get it to generate speeches and thank you notes that match your tone and voice. 

Voicenotes is available on both iOS and Android. It comes with a free plan, and if you want more time, the makers are offering a $50 lifetime deal to the Product Hunt community.
