As a rule, I don't send HTML email. Commonly, my emails are signed with my initials. New inquiries can use my website or my wrte.io.
I might be alone here, but, do people really look for information in email signatures?
Report
@bradkovach I often find myself looking for someone's phone number in their email signature. Other times I find it useful if I'm working with a new organization and I'm looking to recall or discover which particular person is in charge of a particular department or initiative.
@brianjking@bradkovach agreed, I also often look for contact details, particularly phone # to make a call, but I also notice that depending on the (mobile) email client and the format of a phone #, "tappability" isn't really reliable
Report
@brianjking@bradkovach not to mention that some email clients suggest creating a contact with details from the signature--I really dig this feature.

Seems like this was heavily "inspired" by htmlsig.com. I like the one time payment to remove the expiration date. I assume this means you can edit and revise the signature forever?
@xcast3d Yep, there are other HTML email signature generators, but we are planning to evolve this to do things that they don't necessarily do. And yes, the one-off payment means you can come back and edit the signature forever, there's no ongoing subscription. We think it is fairer that way, and we don't expect that this is something that most users update that often.

Awesome tool. Simple and very useful. Thank you @_jordanchitty. I think you could improve the way the 'templates' are implemented. Maybe giving a preview (like a gallery). Also do you plan to add more templates? Can your users also create templates?
@malikelbay Hi Malik, we definitely have plans to add a preview image for templates and we are currently building a feature that allows you to set a global style across your organisation. We're also thinking about how you could have a custom HTML template.

@_jordanchitty sounds awesome! Keep up the good work! Really love what your doing here!

@malikelbay@_jordanchitty definitely a good suggestion. The current preview dropdown does not enable a side-by-side view.
Si.gnatu.re has been developed by the team at Naked Creativity. We built this because we wanted a tool that our clients could use to quickly build HTML email signatures.
We'll be adding some more features soon, including the ability to create templates so that all employees signatures can follow the same format.
It would be great to get any feedback on what others would find useful and what you think of the app so far.
@_jordanchitty Thanks, it works now! However, when I insert the signature into outlook.com, it states that it is too long.
Report
My personal opinion (having been involved in this sector in the past) is that this is quite expensive for what you're offering. Also the signatures generated do not survive repeated reply/forward against Outlook clients and whilst the CSS included may work with webmail clients it certainly will cause various rendering issues with other full desktop apps.

@jamiequackers How much is the fee? It's off-putting to me that I have to go ahead and create my signature before I can know how much the fee is.
Report
@soerenes It's only $5 (which may or may not be reasonable by your measure) however anyone with a basic knowledge of HTML could reproduce this. Exclaimer, CodeTwo and others do free tools with greater functionality
@olekeding Thanks for your feedback. I think this is very much customer driven, and it is something that our customers ask regularly for, hence why we built this!

Great solution! What's your vision for multiple corporate signatures that are added/removed in a daily basis?
