This is cool. I wonder, are there any books that come up time and time again? It'd be great to have an at a glance stat here, "this book has been recommended 5 times". Then being able to sort the books by number of times its been recommended.

@fredrivett Thanks Fred! Yeah it'd be super cool to have some more filtering & sorting functionality built in -- I'd love to see that too. Pretty sure "How to win friends and influence people" would be a winner there ;)

@mr_ed@fredrivett I started figuring this out (with a friend) over the past 2 weeks. Since you are further along, would love to share what I built.

Seems like the most recommended books (after cleaning the data for duplicates, etc.) are as follows:

Hope this helps you build on your idea. Would love to see filtering options based on genre, ratings, etc. and who has recommended the book (based on podcast guest).
@_mark0, @mr_ed -- Nice simple idea although if I were @tferris, I would feel uneasy of someone else using the "Four Hour ____" name. Before clicking through, I thought Tim launched his own bookclub.
This could help us in picking new books to add to our free book summary app, StoryShots. But did you stop updating it?

YES. Love it. Was just listening on my way to work this morning, thinking that I'd love to see a site featuring all of his show notes, links, product recommendations, books, everything—with the ability to filter (health, business, etc.) and search. Maybe a future iteration :) Thanks for putting this together!

Very cool and useful. Would be nice to have a description for the book along with its cover. Right now I have to go to Amazon for each book I want to know more about. Still a great resource though ✌️
