Before ZUUZ I scaled a $25M ARR IT services and distribution business from zero. One pattern kept showing up, and it had nothing to do with effort: the CRM only knows what someone remembered to type in. A pricing question in a LinkedIn message, a renewal hint on a call, a reply sitting in an inbox. None of it reached the system.
So we built ZUUZ as a layer on top of the CRM a team already runs. It connects to the sales inbox, calendar, meetings and LinkedIn messages, finds what never made it in, and prepares the update. A person approves it before anything is written to the CRM.
