ZUUZ sits on top of the CRM your team already runs. It connects to your sales inbox, calendar, meetings and LinkedIn messages, finds the leads, pricing requests and renewal signals that never reached the CRM, and prepares updates for a person to approve. Works with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Attio and Pipedrive. Ask your pipeline from Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or any MCP client. 30-day free trial, no credit card. Or take the Prospect Discovery Challenge: five missing prospects, or $100 (US only).

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Avinash, founder of ZUUZ.
Before ZUUZ I scaled a $25M ARR IT services and distribution business from zero. One pattern kept showing up, and it had nothing to do with effort: the CRM only knows what someone remembered to type in. A pricing question in a LinkedIn message, a renewal hint on a call, a reply sitting in an inbox. None of it reached the system.
So we built ZUUZ as a layer on top of the CRM a team already runs. It connects to the sales inbox, calendar, meetings and LinkedIn messages, finds what never made it in, and prepares the update. A person approves it before anything is written to the CRM.
Today it opens to everyone: a 30-day free trial, self-serve, no credit card, no sales call. It works with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Attio and Pipedrive. You can ask your pipeline by voice or text in the ZUUZ app, Slack or Microsoft Teams, and from Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or any MCP-compatible assistant (read-only).
We're also running a challenge: connect your sales inbox read-only and we look back over 90 days for prospects who showed real buying intent but never made it into your CRM. Fewer than five you accept, and we pay you $100. (US only, terms at zuuz.ai/challenge.)
Two things I'd love your take on:
1. What would make you comfortable letting software prepare a CRM update from a customer email?
2. Where does pipeline go quiet on your team?
Madhu (our co-founder, leading engineering) and I will be answering all day, partly from a booth in Orlando. Ask us anything about the product, the stack or the problem. — Avinash
