We're a SaaS aiding small businesses & startup owners in automating accounting. Auto-linking bank accounts, transaction import, and bucket sorting streamline the process. In 3 months, >70% sorting automates, freeing time for strategic goals and refinements.
I'm still working on PMF & refining the UX right now, so I'd love to have a conversation and in turn, enable free access to the product for a period. If you're interested, hit me up at hello@zurimoney.com

@nathanmsmith You have created a very cool product. Congratulations on your launch. Could you tell me how long it took you to develop this product?
@abdul_manan15 Hey Abdul! Thank you so much for the kind words. This product was originally built for myself and finances for a startup of my own. I would say it took about 9 months (4 months for the initial, then the rest for constant refinements). But it was about 1.5 months when I decided to make this into a public platform where I had to make all those conversions, put it online, and more. Would love to talk more about it, feel free to reach out to me at nathan_m_smith@outlook.com.

can we connect it with payment gateways like paypal n stripe? also what about the security? are you also showing reports ? congratz i see huge potential in this app idea
@naveed_rehman Appreciate the feedback! Yes absolutely, we're currently using Plaid as our primary system but we have talks with Stripe and MX about their protocols to hopefully expand massively on institution count and more currencies. Though, this will probably take at least 6 months with those conversations.
As for security, that was a top priority with this app. There are a series of processes in the platform to lock everything down and we keep as little data as possible from these institutions to do that. We're also using encryption in a few ways throughout the site. We do also run reports based on this. Would be more than happy to discuss this over a call or email, so feel free to reach out at nathan_m_smith@outlook.com

Great product, which geography are you launching this 1st for? Do you plan to include more geographies in the future? Finance management and Taxation is a hassle in small teams, so eager to try. But it's different in every country, so would love to understand your approach.
@utkarsh_singhai Thanks for the question and this was a big focus of the product. Because the product is not managing your money on our behalf, only displaying and organizing it, we don't require a lot of national regulations which means we can move pretty quickly as long as institutions in those countries work with us.
Currently, we're only in USD and the US, but hope to expand quickly. For us, it's more important to work on currencies and then partnerships, so our top currencies to adapt to are (1) Euro (2) Rupee (3) CAD. We hope to quickly increase these currencies and conversion rates so we can easily make partnerships with institutions.
And absolutely, our big focus is getting this into more teams and geographies. Would love to talk more, feel free to reach out to me at nathan_m_smith@outlook.com
@sara_with_h Thank you for the question and feedback! Right now, it works mostly with USD and American subsidiaries, but we are working on more endpoints to connect internationally and more currencies. The Euro is our top priority and because we don't manage your money directly, we're already beginning the process of working with German institutions, however, it will still take us about 6 mo-1 year to get it all approved and engaged code&security wise.

@sitenley I appreciate this so much! Eliminating excel is a burning passion of mine haha. I know that the automation and design of this product can make finances so much stronger and I'm pleased to hear you like it. If you have any questions, comments, or thoughts, please reach out to me, I'd love to start a conversation. My email is nathan_m_smith@outlook.com

@nathanmsmith, Kudos on your remarkable achievement! Your SaaS solution for automating accounting is truly a game-changer. The features like auto-linking bank accounts and efficient bucket sorting have caught my attention, and I'm excited to explore your product now!
Also, take a look #1 product of the day, Swit 2.0 in producthunt.com
With its all-in-one concept, your product is transforming team productivity by consolidating scattered data from overloaded SaaS tools and connecting every workflow. This breakthrough helps break free from unproductivity caused by disconnected systems.
@markb_vo Hey Mark, thanks for the great feedback and insights. Yeah, it's a big focus of mine to get these accounting tools into small business and startup owners, as well as people taking their bookkeeping seriously.
I've seen Swit 2.0 and I love the look of it, it's clean and compact, and products like Swit were a part of my inspiration. Although I'm an engineer, I wrote a few theories about how the future of the internet would allow single panels to control multiple aspects of functionality. Like productivity apps that can handle tons of features. And I think APIs are kind of the cornerstone of that.
Even in this product, I'm currently working on more institutional and currency expansions so that technically, this platform could manage data from 1000s of institutions instead of currently being in a bit over a hundred. And the fact that those APIs allow us to not have to build from scratch while also ensuring high security and design standards is amazing to me.
Would love to talk more about this, feel free to reach out to me at nathan_m_smith@outlook.com.

The idea is quite interesting, good luck with the launch!! Just a question... aren't there specific accounting requirements and laws in each country? Will the application be able to adapt to any country?
@iamrs Thank you so much and fantastic question! Because of the way that we work as an intermediary with these institutions, the question is really about the relations with those institutions. We allow for hands-off systems meaning these institutions can pull back funds at their will. Currently, there is some work to adapt to more currencies and institutions in other countries, but since our top priority is security, we want to make it right rather than fast.
