Search for a hotel or address, or try a supported Airbnb link. Check the pin, then see official incident records within 500 metres. Airbnb locations are approximate, so you may need to move the pin.
It currently covers supported areas of London, Chicago and San Francisco. You can save places and compare the areas around 2–3 stays in the same city when the reports cover each area fully and use the same source and reporting period.
The records have publication delays and can’t tell you whether a place is safe. Missing data isn’t counted as zero incidents.
