Hi Product Hunt 👋 I built ZM Documents because creating a simple business document should not require installing accounting software or spending time formatting Word and Excel templates. It started with the documents small businesses use most often — invoices, quotations and receipts — and I gradually expanded it based on how people were using the tools. ZM Documents can now create invoices, quotes, estimates, receipts, purchase orders, delivery notes and work orders. Users can add their logo and business details, customer or supplier information, items, taxes where relevant, and then print or save the finished document as PDF. The core tool is free and is mainly designed for freelancers, contractors, maintenance companies and small businesses that need professional documents quickly without running a full accounting or ERP system.
