Zirka AI is a free tool built by a non-tech creator to help individuals and teams detect early signs of workplace burnout before it's too late. By securely analyzing communication and chat history, it identifies stress patterns and exhaustion signals. What makes it stand out is its instant analysis across 9 different languages, making it accessible for diverse, remote, or multilingual teams worldwide without any complex setup.

honestly the multi language support is huge, but one thing that would help a lot is letting people set custom warning thresholds, like how many late night messages or stress keywords trigger an alert, since burnout looks different across teams and industries
@duygu163551 Hi Duygu! Thank you for the incredibly thoughtful suggestion. Letting teams set custom warning thresholds (like late-night message frequency) is a brilliant idea since culture varies so much. I've officially added this to the roadmap!
honestly this looks really thoughtful, especially the multilingual angle since most tools ignore that. one thing i'd love to see is a simple dashboard showing trends over time, like a weekly burnout score, so people can actually see if things are improving or getting worse instead of just getting a single snapshot.
@hayrettine73960 Hi Hayrettin! Thanks for the kind words! You're absolutely right burnout is a trend, not a one-time event. A weekly burnout score and a simple dashboard to track progress is a fantastic idea. Adding this straight to my pipeline. Appreciate the feedback!
Tried it on our team's Slack history and the stress pattern report was surprisingly clear, even catching burnout signals I hadn't noticed myself. The multi-language support actually works too.
@sevillfry Hi Sevil! Thank you so much for testing it out! Just to make sure I’m tracking everything correctly on my end: since Zirka doesn't have a direct Slack integration yet, did you copy-paste your Slack history manually into the analyzer, or did you use another way? Would love to know so I can optimize the experience!
Ran it on a few old Slack threads and the stress signals it flagged actually matched how stretched the team felt that week, which was a bit uncanny. Love that it works across languages with no setup, really useful for our distributed crew.
@berkay135520 Hey Berkay, thanks for the feedback! I'm thrilled the stress signals matched your team's actual vibe. Quick question: since Zirka currently requires manual text input (no direct Slack integration just yet), did you copy-paste the threads directly into the tool? Want to make sure my database is logging these tests correctly!
Plugged it into our team chat and the multilingual detection picked up a stress cluster I'd completely missed in the Spanish thread. Honestly wish I'd found this months ago, the setup took about two minutes and the report felt thoughtful rather than alarmist.
@meralyemw Hi Meral! That Spanish thread detection is awesome to hear! Since Zirka doesn't have a direct Slack app integration yet and requires manual input, did you copy-paste the Spanish chat history directly into the site? Would love to understand how you set it up in 2 minutes so I can make it even easier for others!
