There are IVR solutions available in the market, which works with Virtual or Toll-Free numbers, but they are location-dependent i.e, you can not use a U.S. number in Europe or an India based number in the U.S. and they are expensive too when you get some volume. We wanted to build a solution which is easy, location independent and help businesses to get more from their website visitors and still free for the consumer and assessable from everywhere in the world. Install a small widget on your website and calling app on your agent's mobile to whom you want to receive the calls, build the IVR to greet your customers when they call you and followup on the leads right from the integrated CRM. It's our effort to globalise your business when everyone is working from home.
