Love that this came out of a real dental office pain point instead of some accelerator brainstorm. The one-inbox setup with calls, SMS, and transcripts all together is exactly what a busy front desk needs.

@sabriatasavun Thank you! That "real pain point, not an accelerator brainstorm" framing is exactly how it felt building it. When you're covering a front desk, the last thing you need is calls in one place, texts in another, and no record of any of it.
Curious, in your world, what usually falls through the cracks first when the front desk gets slammed? Missed calls, follow-up texts, or something else?
A simple thing that would make this way more useful for me would be a quick way to flag repeat callers or VIPs so Zinng knows to skip the usual intake questions and just push them straight to me. Also loved that it came out of a real dental office, not another generic AI wrapper.

@metehangengil Thank you, that means a lot! And you're speaking my language, that "real dental office, not another generic wrapper" origin is exactly why we built it.
The repeat caller / VIP idea is really good. A way to tag known numbers so Zinng skips intake and routes them straight to you makes a ton of sense. Quick question so I scope it right: would you want that VIP to reach you as a live transfer in the moment, or more of an instant "VIP just called" alert to your phone?
This looks genuinely useful for small businesses drowning in calls. One thing that would make it even better is letting the AI send a quick text follow-up right after a missed call, with a link to book or ask a question. Right now there's outbound calling and SMS, but combining them in that specific post-call flow would probably save a lot of lost leads. Saw a few of those fall through the cracks at my own shop before we automated something similar.

@sedefreyha51464 Really appreciate this, and you nailed a real gap. An automatic "sorry we missed you, here's a link to book or ask a question" text right after a missed call is exactly the kind of post-call flow that saves leads before they go cold. We've got the pieces (outbound + SMS), so stitching them into that specific moment is a great call.
Quick question since you've clearly lived it: at your shop, did that follow-up text work better going out instantly, or after a short delay so it didn't feel automated?
finally tried it on my salon number and it picked up a booking while I was with a client, honestly didn't expect that to work first try.

Curious, how did it feel hearing it handle the call in your own voice/flow? And is there anything it did that you'd want to tweak for how your salon runs?
