A translation tells you what Rumi says. A Persian recitation lets you feel the rhythm that makes his poetry come alive.
For English-speaking readers, the two are rarely found together. A recitation may sit on a Persian-language website, while the translation is buried in a separate PDF. The pieces exist. The experience does not.
I'm Hassaan, founder of ZindeRood. As a beginner Persian student, I experienced this problem myself. I kept moving between Persian websites, recordings, and English PDFs, trying to match the same verse across all three.
That frustration led me to build ZindeRood, a calm place where the original Persian text, a carefully curated human recitation, and a faithful English translation come together, verse by verse.

ZindeRood is not another fast-moving feed. It is a place to slow down and experience each poem as a complete work: its original words, its meaning, its rhythm, and its living human voice.
