We're excited to finally share Ziggers with the community.
Finding temporary workers is still surprisingly difficult. Most businesses rely on WhatsApp groups, phone calls, and last-minute referrals. It's slow, unreliable, and stressful, especially when you need people urgently.
We built Ziggers to change that.
With Ziggers, businesses can:
✅ Post a gig in minutes
✅ Find verified local gig workers
✅ Track jobs from start to finish
✅ Pay securely after the work is completed
For gig workers, Ziggers makes it easier to discover flexible work opportunities, build a trusted profile, and get paid for completed gigs.
This is just the beginning. Our vision is to build the infrastructure for India's gig economy, making temporary hiring as simple as booking a cab.
We're still early, and your feedback means everything to us.
A few questions we'd love your thoughts on:
What would make you trust a gig marketplace?
If you've hired temporary workers before, what was your biggest challenge?
What feature would make you try Ziggers?
Thanks for checking us out and supporting independent makers. We'll be here all day to answer every question and learn from your feedback
the escrow part is the piece I'd want to understand better before trusting it for something like catering staff for an event. if a business claims the work wasn't up to standard after it's done, who actually decides whether the escrow releases, is there a dispute process or does the business just get to hold the payment unilaterally? that's usually where trust breaks down fastest on gig platforms, way more than the KYC side

@omri_ben_shoham1 Honestly, I think escrow is either the thing that builds trust... or completely destroys it.
We definitely don't want businesses to have a "Reject" button that lets them keep the money. That would make the platform unfair for workers.
The current approach is that if something goes wrong, both sides can submit evidence like check-in/check-out, photos, chat history, and other proof from the job. We review it before deciding what happens with the escrow.
Long term, I'd rather most disputes never reach a human. Things like verified attendance, GPS check-ins, proof-of-work, and reputation should make it pretty obvious whether a job was completed as expected.
We're still early, so I'm sure we'll learn a lot here. But I think getting the trust layer right is way more important than shipping another feature. That's the part we're obsessed with.

Building a platform from the ground up with just 7 people has tested us in ways we never imagined. After countless late nights, unexpected roadblocks, and serious hustle, we're incredibly proud to finally push Ziggers out into the world. Launching today feels like a massive, hard-fought victory, but we know this is just day one. I couldn't be more excited for the future. We'd love to hear your feedback and answer any questions

Huge congratulations on the launch! 🚀 Structuring the blue-collar and daily-wage market is no small feat, but the combination of 100% KYC vetting and escrow-protected payments is a total game-changer for trust. So proud of what the team has accomplished here. Can't wait to see this scale!

Congrats on the launch guys The daily-wage market is so stressful for everyone right now Businesses struggle to trust who they hire and workers constantly worry about actually getting paid at the end of the day. Fixing this broken system with real KYC checks keeping the money safe in escrow, and adding live tracking so everyone is on the same page changes everything for both sides. So proud of what the team has built here Let's go
