I built Zentral because I’ve struggled with distraction, endless task switching, and feeling like my best work was always getting pushed aside. I wanted a tool that didn’t just manage tasks but actually helped me enter a state of focus — calm, intentional, and productive.
What makes Zentral different is the mindful approach. Instead of just giving you a timer or a to-do list, Zentral combines focus sessions, breathwork, journaling, and website blocking into one simple flow. It’s not about hustling harder — it’s about creating the right space to actually get meaningful work done.
I’m most proud of how we’ve kept it simple. You can jump in for a short session, reflect after, and start stacking small wins that ripple into bigger change.

I have been working in Finance for over 35 years. I oversee several departments so I always have numerous tasks. Zentral has helped me to remember to relax and breathe! Everything can wait while I take a few deep breaths! Thank you Zentral for an amazing product. What a game changer!!

Zentral strikes a great balance between productivity and mindfulness. The interface is intuitive, and I’ve noticed I get more done during my work sessions. I would definitely would like to see more breathing exercise options and to be able to select breathwork without selecting a feeling.

Zentral has been so helpful in managing my ADHD tendencies while working from home. I’ve truly noticed my productivity rates go up efficiently. The breath work/meditation has been a game changer that I didn’t even realize mattered so much! Each detail is so well thought out and well designed. Highly highly recommend!
