I built ZenCalendar – a scheduling and booking platform for coaches, consultants, and businesses
Hey everyone!
I want to share a project I've been building called ZenCalendar – https://zencalendar.in
The idea came from a simple observation: coaches, consultants, and independent professionals spend too much time managing appointments, coordinating calendars, and sending meeting links instead of focusing on their actual work.
Existing scheduling tools solve some of these problems, but I wanted to build something that brings more of the booking experience together in one platform.

ZenCalendar is an online scheduling and appointment-booking platform that helps professionals manage their bookings without the usual back-and-forth.
Some of its key features include:
Custom Booking Pages: Create professional booking pages and share them with clients.
Calendar Integrations: Connect Google Calendar and Microsoft Calendar.
Video Meeting Integrations: Support for Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
Paid Bookings: Accept payments for consultations and sessions.
Webinar Scheduling: Create and manage free or paid webinars.
Team Scheduling: Round-robin booking and team scheduling capabilities.
AI Meeting Assistance: AI-powered meeting summaries and insights.
💡 Why I built it
My goal wasn't just to build another Appointment booking platform.
I wanted to create a platform that could grow with professionals – from someone starting their coaching practice to an established business managing a team and multiple services.
We're continuously improving the product and exploring ways to make scheduling and appointment management smarter.
