I'm excited to launch ZenBooks today.
Over the last 8 months, I've been building ZenBooks after work and on weekends. What started as a simple invoicing idea quickly turned into something much bigger.
As I spoke with freelancers, agencies, and service businesses, I realized they didn't just need invoicing. They needed a simple way to manage customers, track expenses, generate reports, and keep their business finances organized without the complexity of traditional accounting software.
Building ZenBooks was much harder than I expected. Beyond the UI, there were challenges like invoice generation, customer management, expense tracking, reporting, taxes, audit trails, and making sure everything worked together reliably.
Today, ZenBooks helps businesses:
