Hey everyone! I run a little computer repair shop and build web apps on the side. I tried the hosted AI app builders and kept hitting the same thing: they resell the same Claude and GPT models as credits, and the bill climbs fast once you have a few apps going.
So I built Zeltro. It runs on your own computer and sells no AI at all. You use the API key or AI plan you already pay for, or run a free local model with Ollama, and you pay the provider's own price. All your projects sit in one list, they share one database, and your AI works in a terminal right next to each one.

For a freelancer with three live apps it comes out around $30 a month, against $66 to $379 on the hosted builders.
The desktop app is free for personal use, and businesses pay once for a license. The command line tool underneath is open source. It's in beta, so I'd love honest feedback.
