How does the AI chart building actually work in practice, like does it pull from the photo documentation and inject history automatically or do you still have to feed it the notes?

The treatment charting actually feels tailored to injectors, not like a generic EHR shoehorned in. The photo documentation tying directly to each client chart was a nice surprise for keeping before and afters organized.
