We worked with local Canadian clinics, estheticians, and chiropractors to build a faster, smoother, and free platform for small to medium-sized practices, helping them manage their business instead of managing their software. We're currently looking for testers to give us feedback on features.

How does the AI chart building actually work in practice, like does it pull from notes you dictate or photos you upload, and how much editing usually ends up being needed before it's ready to sign off on?
Great question, to clarify, "AI chart building" refers to our AI template builder, not automatic data pulling. It helps practitioners quickly create and modify chart templates, with full awareness of all our smart blocks (so it knows how Pain, Vitals, ROM, Face Annotation, etc. work together and can build templates that use them correctly).
At the current moment there's no automatic data pulling from photos or notes. Instead, we use smart blocks to speed things up by minimizing the number of clicks a practitioner needs to input their data.

The treatment charting actually feels tailored to injectors, not like a generic EHR shoehorned in. The photo documentation tying directly to each client chart was a nice surprise for keeping before and afters organized.

Hey @kardelenrmtfpn, really appreciate this. We built our software to be as flexible as possible on the practitioner side, while remaining powerful at the same time. Smart blocks really helped push that goal as we can build these specific workflows tailored to each individual practice.

How does the AI chart building actually work in practice, like does it pull from intake forms or notes I dictate? And is the free beta going to stay free after launch or shift to a paid model?
