Hey Product Hunt 👋 ZapMeetz came from years of building appointment funnels and obsessing over two things: reducing no-shows and getting more real sales conversations out of the same traffic. Scheduling tools already do a lot right, but they all assume the meeting has to happen later. What kept bugging me was what happens to leads who are ready now. They already made the decision to talk, yet we slow them down with calendars and delays. At the same time, most sales reps aren’t actually in a sales call for the majority of their day. They’re waiting between meetings, dealing with no-shows, or sitting on empty calendar slots. The missed opportunity is that both sides exist at the same time, but they don’t know about each other.
