Zalanx helps SaaS teams monitor suspicious activity across cloud, identity, payments, observability, app monitoring, and edge security tools. Connect tools like Cloudflare, Clerk, Auth0, Supabase, Stripe, AWS, GCP, Azure, Sentry, Datadog, Okta, and Vercel. Review incidents, understand related activity, use Timeline and Graph views, and evaluate safe policy-controlled response actions.

Being able to pull in logs from custom internal tools via webhook or API would be huge — right now the integrations list is solid but most mid-size SaaS teams have at least one homegrown service that wouldn't fit. Also, an exportable incident timeline for postmortems would save our team a lot of copy-pasting.
@bedirhanmukc Thanks — this is excellent feedback.
Good news: Zalanx already supports downloading reports as PDF and JSON, so teams can export security summaries instead of rebuilding everything manually.
Your point about exportable incident timelines is very useful, though. A more postmortem-ready timeline export — especially in Markdown — would make the workflow much easier for engineering and security reviews.
Also strongly agree on custom webhook/API ingestion. Many mid-size SaaS teams have internal tools, homegrown services, or custom logs that do not fit neatly into standard integrations. Custom ingestion is a strong direction for Zalanx so teams can bring those internal events into the same incident workflow.
Really appreciate this — it’s exactly the kind of practical SaaS security workflow feedback I was hoping for.
@bedirhanmukc Thank you — this was very helpful feedback.
We’ve now upgraded Zalanx report exports with postmortem-ready incident summaries, detected signals, threat context, policy decision status, recommended next steps, evidence trail, and timestamped timeline activity.
We also added a Custom Webhook integration so teams can send security events from internal apps, admin tools, background jobs, and homegrown services into Zalanx using a workspace API key.
Really appreciate you calling this out — this is exactly the kind of feedback that helps us make Zalanx more useful for real SaaS teams.
honestly the graph view is super useful for tracing stuff across services. one thing that would help a lot is adding a quick export to PDF or markdown for incident summaries so we can share them in postmortems without rebuilding everything in another doc.
@sabriye677517 Thanks, Sabriye — really appreciate the feedback.

Your point is still very useful because it highlights the next workflow layer: making incident summaries more postmortem-ready, especially with a clean Markdown export and a more shareable incident timeline.
That would make it easier for teams to move from investigation to internal review without rebuilding everything manually in another doc.
Thanks again — this is exactly the kind of practical feedback I was hoping for.
Plugging in our Stripe and Cloudflare took like two minutes, and the timeline view actually made sense when I dug into a weird auth spike last week.
@fatmanurcink2r Thanks, Fatmanur — really appreciate this.
That’s exactly the workflow Zalanx is designed for: connect key sources quickly, then use Timeline to understand suspicious or unusual activity without jumping between multiple dashboards.
Stripe + Cloudflare is a great early setup because it gives teams visibility across payment-related context and edge/security activity.
If you have any feedback on what would make the incident timeline easier to review or share with your team, I’d love to hear it.
