I'm a bit obsessive about productivity - YouTube was always my blind spot. So, I built YouTube TimeWatcher - it's a small pill located in YouTube's top bar, next to the bell icon. What makes it different: - Embedded in YouTube's UI - not a popup or separate dashboard - 100% local - no account, no servers, nothing leaves your browser - Smart channel exclusions - music auto-excluded; one click to override Tracks channels you've watched each day. No popups, no notifications, no nagging.

Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I built YouTube TimeWatcher because I kept losing track of how much time I was spending on YouTube. I wanted something that actually looks visually appealing and showed per-channel weekly stats, not just a daily total.
The pill in the masthead was the key idea: ambient, always visible. You don't have to go anywhere to check - it's just there.
A few things I'd love feedback on:
- Is the channel exclusion UX intuitive enough?
- What stats would you want to see that aren't there yet?
