honestly this looks super useful for longer videos, the local-only thing is a huge plus. one thing though, could you add a way to adjust the chapter sensitivity or minimum chapter length before it processes? like sometimes a 3 minute vlog doesn't need 8 chapters but a lecture probably needs more, so having a slider for that would basically make it way more flexible.
A local-first tool like this is so refreshing, especially for creators who care about privacy. One thing that would make it even better: let users import an existing SRT or VTT transcript instead of running Whisper every time, since a lot of us already have transcripts sitting around from previous edits. Would save a ton of time on long videos.
