Review of Yourganize
I've worked with Jamie on several projects over the years and so have witnessed the making of Yourganize first hand. I started using it as my to do list app but was clear I'd be judging it the same way I would judge any app to make sure any feedback was honest. The fact I'm still using it as my default organiser therefore speaks volumes. I was using Airtable before which was very good but also quite overwhelming and one crucial factor that makes me stick with yoruganize was the ability to add subtasks to parent tasks. That's more inline with my mental model at least. Small things like that make a big difference in something you use all the time. It's crucial as well that very quick actions similar to those Airtable uses (typing and selecting suggestions simply by hitting return for example) were included as again a really subtle seeming piece of UX design like that is only noticeable when it's not there. The essential little interactions of entering tasks, selecting and creating tags etc have all been considered and are made as frictionless as Airtable.

Review of Yourganize
I’ve been a beta user of Yourganize for a couple of months now and I love it! I work on a lot of different creative projects and trying to get everything done can be overwhelming. This has helped make it all feel manageable and in a really positive way, I’ve actually found I’m getting things done that were stagnating on other productivity apps. I really like that it incorporates different sides to daily life on different pages - work, projects and tasks, but also the habits and focus timetable so I can think about how I want my life to be as a whole. For me, exercise can slip when I’m in the working zone so it’s great that I can easily see it on my habits and goals page when I’m working and be reminded that it’s supposed to be part of my day too! Great stuff!
