Big AI companies can raise prices or pull your favorite model overnight. Your Own Stack lets you mix Claude, GPT, Gemini and local models, your keys, your device. Free on GitHub. Too lazy to set it up? $9.99, once. Want agents working while you sleep? $5/mo.

Hey Product Hunt! I'm Justin.
You know the feeling: you finally get a workflow dialed in, and then the company behind it raises prices, retires the model you built everything around, or quietly changes the rules. Your workflow was never really yours. It was rented. So I built Your Own Stack.
• Mix cloud and local models in one place: bring your own keys (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek, Mistral, OpenRouter) or plug in models running on your own machine through Ollama or LM Studio.
• Give every step of a workflow its own model: something cheap to brainstorm, something sharp to code.
• Switch models mid-chat, regenerate with any of them, and see what each message costs before you hit send.
• Your keys stay encrypted on your device and only ever go to their own provider. Chats sync through your Google Drive or GitHub, never my servers.
Now the part where I talk about money (I'll be quick).
The whole app is on GitHub, free for personal use, with nothing paywalled in the code. If you'd rather not spend a Saturday wrangling configs, the hosted version is $9.99, once.
Call it a laziness tax, or a coffee for me. Either works.
Want agents finishing tasks after you close the tab, or running jobs on a schedule? That takes servers, and servers cost real money, so my hosted version is $5 a month. Or follow the guide and run it on your own always-on machine for free. Your stack, your call.
No subscription for the core app, because the whole point is that nobody gets to hold your workflow hostage.
Me included.
I'd love blunt feedback: what would make you switch from what you use now?
