I think it's really nice. One question I do have, working with interviews / interviewers every day is how this scales downward. I think that it may be extraordinarily difficult to get traction with someone who doesn't have a founder title or what I would categorize as a "somebody".
While I imagine the intentions were really good, I think that 30 second videos generating interest about folks we may have never heard of, and showcasing this moment of discovering how valuable those folks are would be compelling. The hopeful graduate student studying astrophysics. The guy who beat homelessness in Oakland. The single mom who's telecommuting from home to support her daughter. Just a thought :-) Again, the videos are really nice.
Hi Nick. You make really good points. We've filmed quite a lot of normal folks that have small businesses, college students, job seekers etc. IMHO the really great thing about this product is it levels the playing field as it relates to what an individual has to say about their passion, motivations, etc... essentially what they care about. Also, we're looking into offering the product at low or no cost to under served youth that could really use this to boost their chances of finding employment and making a better life. Thx for your comments I appreciate it.
