Hi Product Hunt - I built YouChina because a China trip has a strange setup problem: the hard parts happen before you land. Visa-free rules, transit eligibility, eSIM routing, Alipay/WeChat Pay, maps, airport transfer choices, and app access are scattered across official sites and outdated blog posts. YouChina turns that into a practical entry stack: - Visa-free and transit checks - eSIM, VPN, and payment setup guides - Airport-to-city routes - App and map compatibility notes - Six languages to start: English, French, Japanese, German, Spanish, and Korean The site is intentionally source-bound and not a tour marketplace. We opened our China pre-trip checklist as a reusable JSON resource

We built YouChina to reduce the setup friction before an international traveler lands in mainland China. One recurring issue was that the checklist existed only as a web page, which made it harder to reuse in personal notes, travel workflows, or small apps.

We have now published a versioned, machine-readable checklist with a printable page and downloadable JSON:

The checklist deliberately avoids hard-coding time-sensitive entry rules and directs travelers back to official authorities. Feedback on the schema, or on missing pre-arrival steps that can be represented without turning it into legal advice, would be genuinely useful.
