How do you actually verify the listings, and is there an extra fee for that or does it come with a standard plan?
@elife1154371 it has some extra fees, we verify the papers and admin marks them as verified.
Does the verification process actually catch duplicate or fake listings, and how do you handle agents posting the same property multiple times across cities?
@sezerdasekwcwb as of now we have only implemented "Similarity Checks" for every property.
It would be really helpful if the listings showed nearby school ratings and commute times, since those are usually the first things I check before shortlisting a property.

The listings felt properly verified, which is a nice change from the random postings you see elsewhere. Liked how quickly I could filter between rent and lease options without a dozen popups getting in the way.
