Yardly made it to Google play! What has changed since my first launch? a lot, it started as just an app to help people find yard sales. Now it is entire second hand platform covering most of Canada and USA. It now allows people to not only find yard sales, community sales and estate sales but also a whole new buy n sell section, non profits, LFL and more! This project has been such a treat building, with nearly 200 downloads since release and thousands of visits across Canada!

Love seeing Yardly grow like this. One thing that would really help buyers like me is adding saved searches with instant notifications when new listings match your criteria, so you don't have to keep reopening the app hoping something good popped up nearby.
@alio9fe Yes there is push notifications and an email sub for signed in users where they can select sale types and even specific categories within a distance to be notified. But I agree, a better integrated way to receive local sales is a great idea!
The new buy n sell section is a really smart move. One thing that would help a lot is adding a simple map view so you can see nearby listings at a glance instead of scrolling through a long list, especially when you're out and about trying to spot deals close to home.
@dursunipfi Yes, the buy and sell is still growing - I appreciate the feedback!
Love how you started with one niche and let it grow naturally into a full secondhand marketplace rather than trying to boil the ocean on day one. Way too many indie apps try to be everything at launch and end up being nothing.
@akulhazal61649 Thank you! Its been a lot of fun adjusting the features and allowing the app turn into a 365 day app instead of seasonal. Still work to do, but it has great standing right now.
