I highly recommend xpoz as a social listening tool. It gives me a lot of flexibility with its MCP and SDK, it is great value for money and it is very easy to use. I use it to monitor the content about my company in social media to make sure I do not miss any bad review and that I make use of feedback.
I am working on a product in which I need to track several dozens of users on twitter to base suggestions on them. I tried several tools and official APIs, xpoz felt like the best cheap alternative giving data in a quality like the official APIs. It gives my product the layer of information it needs.
One thing that would make this way more useful for me is a saved-search or alert feature where I can get notified when new posts match a query. Right now I have to re-run the same searches manually to track trends or mentions, and that gets old fast when you're watching a niche topic or your own brand.
the MCP access is the interesting part for me over the raw API. since none of these platforms have a real official firehose for this kind of cross-search, how do you handle the rate-limit/ban risk on the scraping side - does that risk get passed to users if a platform tightens up, or is that abstracted away on your end?
Awesome product. I have been using it to build an agentic influencer finder on Tiktok and Instagram. It's the best tool I found anywhere!
I run huge agentic workflows and was able to make the agent work like a team of 10 human influencer finders
We were waiting to use this. Super interesting
The fact that I can just connect to XPOZ and see what the online conversation is about my product and my competitors' products helps me take quick actions to improve my value. I understand better how to position myself in the field and what content to promote. It’s a great, cost-effective alternative to official platform APIs, and having everything in one place makes life much easier.
