One thing that would really help me out as a user is a built-in email tracking feature that shows when prospects open messages or click links, so I can time my follow-ups better. Right now I have to bounce between this and a separate tracking tool to know who's actually engaging with my outreach.
A native mobile app with push notifications for the AI follow-up suggestions would be huge. Most of our sales team works on the go and switching to a browser tab just to see the next best action kills the momentum. Even a lightweight PWA would help bridge the gap until a full app ships.
Love that the pipeline view keeps everything drag-and-drop without burying the AI suggestions in a separate tab. Nice execution on making the follow-up tips feel like a natural part of the workflow rather than an afterthought.
