XARU is a business-grade card management software developed by XARU, a licensed fintech company based in Greece and an official VISA partner. The product is designed for teams that require structured, high-volume payment operations—primarily in advertising, digital services, and distributed environments.
🧱 System Architecture and Purpose
XARU CARDS functions as a modular payment layer that abstracts away the constraints of consumer-grade banking tools. It allows organizations to issue and manage an unlimited number of virtual cards, with hierarchical access control and centralized funding.
Cards are issued under an EU BIN (Bank Identification Number) and operate under full AML compliance and within the regulatory framework of the upcoming MiCA directive. Infrastructure is optimized for stability under high transaction loads, with clients typically using the system to support spend in the range of tens to hundreds of thousands of euros daily across multiple ad networks.
⚙️ Core Features
Unlimited virtual card issuance
Card generation is instant. Cards can be grouped and labeled by project, platform, client, or geography. Designed for high-frequency environments (e.g., campaign rotation, burn strategy testing).
Role-based access control
Predefined roles include Root, Team Lead, Buyer, and Assistant, each with scoped permissions. Useful for compartmentalizing spend and limiting access risk in large or distributed teams.
Business-level funding
All cards are linked to a company account. No connection to individual employees or personal cards is required. Transaction history and spend tracking are fully auditable.
Label-based cost attribution
Every card can carry metadata (labels, tags) for use in downstream reporting or accounting systems.
EU issuing & global acceptance 🌍
Issued under a European license with global merchant acceptance via VISA rails. Crypto-compatible for funding via other XARU modules.
