Public exposure for your localhost needs a bouncer, not just a tunnel. Dealing with Stripe webhooks or building a Slack bot is enough of a headache without random scanners hitting your endpoint. wsgrok filters the noise and blocks the garbage so you only see the payloads you actually care about. ngrok leaves the door wide open; we hold the velvet rope.

My Quizzes
Hi there, Huss here. I build bots for fun (and hopefully profit). I've been a long-time ngrok user, and I've tried to copy it many times. Each attempt ended up as a toy project I didn't even want to use.
I'm not even kidding. Here is the paper trail of my not-yet-success attempts:

Who said "3rd time is a charm"? That one was crap too! Well, actually a crab, since it was written in Rust. Rust is great, but the other end of the screen… not so much :P
4th time? That's a crime. This one has to be a real ngrok killer.
Can you help me check it out?
This launch could be a dud, but at least I will not miss the New Year. Happy New Year 2026!
