Hey Product Hunt :) I am Chris, the founder of wreeto and I am pretty excited to share it with you today! wreeto is minimalist knowledge management application that helps engineers write down and manage their notes fast, easy and without any bells and whistles. The project started after many years of researching note and productivity apps for personal use, going back and forth, moving notes from one service to another. When nothing satisfied my needs and UI taste, wreeto was born. There is a need of taking simple notes fast and easy when working, researching or just surfing the web. Markdown support is mandatory for long-living, never locked-in-an-application notes. There is also a need about natural mind workflows for taking and keeping up with notes. But how do learn to take notes? We grab a piece of paper, a post-it or a good-looking notebook with a leather cover, enter today's date, maybe a title of the project or a thought and then some words. That's the way things should be and this is what wreeto is trying to do: keep up with the natural way of doing things by keeping away all the bloat that today market's applications are applying: trying to be the multitool when all you need is pen and paper. There are things missing like iOS and Android apps but there is a well designed responsive mobile web version to use for now. Lots of integrations and features are on the roadmap to be developed. You can try it right now, completely free as it's open source for personal/private use and individuals. Looking forward to hear your feedback or questions! Chris
