I built Wozere because I had no idea how many countries were sitting in my camera roll. Every app I tried wanted me to tick them off a list from memory, which is tedious and also wrong. You always forget the layover you ended up spending three days in. The answer was already in the photos. Every one of them carries the place it was taken. So Wozere reads that, on the phone, and the map draws itself in about a minute. Two things I cared about more than anything: It never phones home. No account, no upload, no server. The scan runs on-device and the photos never leave it. Screenshots and shared albums are skipped, so a friend's trip never lands on your map. It has to be worth posting. The share card is the whole point: countries, cities, percent of the world, your globe. If that image isn't good enough to put on a story, nobody shares it and the app quietly dies.
