.si is one letter fromai and has almost no tooling. Worthly reads availability straight from registry, cross-checks it with DNS, prices names from 465 recordedsi sales, and shows the owner's contact when a name is taken. Free, no account.

Maker here. Worthly started from a frustration I kept hitting: .si is one letter
from .ai, the names are short and still affordable, and there is almost nothing
to buy with. No comps, no history, no way to tell a fair ask from a fantasy one.
So I built the thing I wanted:
ā Availability read straight from the ARNES registry, then cross-checked with two
DNS witnesses. If the resolver says SERVFAIL I report "unknown", I do not guess
"available" and let someone register a name that is already gone.
ā A price range built from 465 recorded .si sales, with the comparables shown, not
just a single number pulled from nowhere.
ā When a name is taken, the registration record and a way to reach the owner,
because half the value in this market is knowing who to email.
ā A keyless JSON API, so anyone building on .si does not have to scrape.
Everything free, no signup, no paywall on the checker.
Two things I would genuinely like your opinion on:
1. For a thin ccTLD like .si, is a median-based range more honest than a mean?
One $50,000 sale moves the mean by hundreds of dollars and tells you nothing.
2. The blocker score weights extension coverage heavily. Does that actually
predict whether a name sells, or is it just a number that looks serious?
