WorkWitness helps founders and managers understand what their teams accomplished without digging through dashboards. It automatically captures work activity, identifies focus time, context switching, blockers, and key progress, then delivers an AI-generated morning brief by email and WhatsApp. Built for modern teams that want better visibility with less management overhead.
Every tool gives us more data, more alerts, and more dashboards; yet, we can t answer the simplest questions about what happened yesterday? I m not alone, am I?

👋 Hey Product Hunt!
I'm Manish, founder of WorkWitness.
Most workplace software gives you more dashboards, more reports, and more data. But after collecting all that information, you're still left figuring out what actually matters.
We built WorkWitness because we believe AI should do that work for you.
WorkWitness quietly understands work patterns throughout the day and delivers a clear daily brief with the insights that deserve your attention—without making you dig through dashboards or activity logs.
A few things we're excited about:
AI Daily Briefs that summarize the day in plain English.
Team visibility without spending time analyzing reports.
Desktop app that securely captures work signals in the background.
Flexible privacy controls, including an Events-only mode for organizations that don't want screenshots.
We're launching in Early Access and are looking for honest feedback from the Product Hunt community.
I'd love to know:
What's the first thing you'd want an AI work assistant to tell you every morning?
What would make this part of your daily workflow?
Thanks for checking out WorkWitness! I'll be here throughout the day answering every question and collecting every suggestion. 🚀

honestly the morning brief idea is great, one thing i'd love to see is a way to quickly flag or correct what the AI summarizes, like if it misreads a blocker or credits the wrong person for something, you could tap a quick feedback option right in the email or WhatsApp message so it learns over time

@bkarakasog87706 Thanks, Birsen! Really appreciate the thoughtful suggestion. WorkWitness generates each brief from tracked activity tied to authenticated users, so attribution is based on recorded events rather than AI guessing. We do agree that transparency is important, though, and we're always looking for ways to make it even easier for users to understand how each insight is generated. Thanks again for taking the time to share your feedback!

Tried it for a few days and the morning brief is genuinely useful, especially the context switching breakdown I wouldn't have spotted on my own. Finally something that tells me what actually happened without forcing me to click around for it.

Finally something that tells me what actually got done without me chasing everyone for updates, the morning brief on whatsapp is honestly a nice touch for someone who barely checks email anymore.

@soneruludo45531 Thanks, Soner! That's exactly why we built WorkWitness. Instead of chasing updates across chats and meetings, you get a clear morning brief of what actually happened the previous day, delivered where you'll actually see it. Really appreciate the support!
