Greenhouse job pages (and similar ATS pages) are fundamentally isolated and contextless. Each page shows a single role at a single company, with no visibility into the company’s broader hiring activity and no view of the wider market.
WorkWay fixes this by turning hiring into a connected data graph instead of a set of disconnected job pages. Every job is shown in the context of the company’s overall hiring, the domains they are investing in and the broader market for that role.
