How does this handle projects that get stuck or paused at one of the three decision points - do you just hold the date or does the whole timeline shift back automatically?
The backwards approach really clicked for me once I saw the three board decision points laid out, it made the whole sequencing feel way less abstract. Wish something like this existed when I last tried to coordinate a build-out.
