I'm Itay, and I love to workout at the gym.
After more than 12 years focusing and competing in powerlifting, I needed a change.
First, after a while, workouts become boring, and it gets harder to get results.
Second, I wanted to shift my focus from strength to health and mobility.
But I knew nothing about these.
So I decided to create a tool to help me build workout sessions that will challenge me.
I poured everything I knew about training, consulted with trainers, reviewed hundreds of suggested workouts.
I've used the tool to help friends and family get better results and keep on training.
And now it's time to HELP more people.
