This started from a simple problem: too much of my day was spent formatting proposals, chasing follow-ups, creating invoices, and nudging payments across too many tools. Prep and chase were winning over real work. Worklane is my attempt to reverse that. In college I tried fixing it with automation tools like n8n, Zapier, and Make. They’re powerful, but every new flow meant complex setup, brittle logic, and hours lost to debugging instead of assignments. With v1 is simple: give makers more focused time and faster cash by automating everything between “client proposal” and “money received” without complex tooling. No workflows to build, no scenario graphs to maintain. You add a lead, Worklane takes it from there.
