Hi Product Hunt community, I’m James, the founder of WorkGateIQ.

I spent years around high-risk operations and repeatedly saw the same problem: the maintenance request, job plan, safety evidence, field activity, inspection result and handback record often existed, but not as one connected and defensible chain.

I built WorkGateIQ to connect that journey from request to closeout. It brings together maintenance planning, discipline checklists, readiness evidence, competent human release, field execution, inspections, exceptions and authorised handback.

One principle is non-negotiable: WorkGateIQ does not independently authorise work. The system verifies, blocks, records and preserves the evidence trail. Competent and authorised people retain decision authority.

I’ve also created a free Learning Path with practical walkthroughs so people can see how the complete workflow operates without paid training.
