Workfront is a cloud based project management platform (SAAS). Think Trello and Podio supercharged. Workfront keeps track of your project's status: planning, new, in progress, on hold, waiting for resources, completed, etc. This is a powerful platform that can handle enterprise level workflow. Workfront allows admin to create and customize the project templates to match your company's workflow. WK allows users to write update and tag team members on the project or task level. This is a great feature because you can instantly read the project's status update in one place. I no longer need to keep track of each project's email thread. Also has alot of additional plugins to help integrate your WK with others like slack, adobe cs, etc. Also has a light integration with their own cloud based digital asset management system (DAM) called WebDAM.
Pros:Lost of custom features and can handle enterprise product management volumne.
Cons:Medium level learning curve
