The insight that shaped the product: the same person is often BOTH sides of the marketplace. The painter who quotes jobs all day becomes a client at night when his sink breaks. So Workfly is dual-mode by design — every account can switch between Client and Professional in one tap. One app, both sides. Building for tradespeople (many not super tech-savvy) drove every design decision: one clear status per screen, one primary action, big touch targets, plain spoken language. No dashboards, no jargon. Under the hood: real-time quotes and chat, deadlines on every request so nothing rots silently, and notifications that respect which "mode" you're in. We're live in Brazil on iOS and Android — and this is just the start.
