Remote work has now become a thing. While I was hunting for remote work as a developer, I noticed that all of the existing remote job boards where mainly focused on Europe and rarely list jobs targeted at Africans in the African continent. Given the vast growth and activity of the software engineering field in Africa (see https://github.com/collections/m..., https://qz.com/africa/1743569/af..., https://tunga.io/african-softwar... ) specifically Nigeria, Egypt, Uganda, Kenya, and South Africa, and the rise of remote work, I believed and still believe their are untapped talents in Africa waiting to be discovered. This led me to building this platform where organisations can post and get access to thousands of talents coming from the African continent.
