WID is the real deal. No gimmicks, no tricks. And why would there be, your career is your responsibility. The courses help you understand you better. The interaction with other members helps you connect with other professionals who are trying to pivot or find a job. The feedback from and help from the coaching team is personalized and individualized. Thanks to the WID templates, courses and coaching staff, I improved my resume, improved my cover letter, made my LinkedIn profile stronger, and with the help of the courses, have been able to get past interviews with recruiters and actually get interviews with hiring managers.
