Your users get a companion that thinks while your AI thinks, talks while it streams, and celebrates when the job is done. 10 characters, 10 moods, your brand colours. Free and open source. This started with a small annoyance. Every AI app I used had the same spinning circle while it "thought." Smart product, zero personality. I wanted something on screen that actually felt alive: something that looks like it's thinking when the AI is thinking, talks while the answer streams in, and does a little happy dance when the job's done.
The catch: real 3D on the web usually means Three.js, heavy model files and a lot of setup. I didn't want people to pay that just to add a little character. So I went down a rabbit hole and built my own tiny engine. Every character is drawn live on the GPU from a bit of data, so there's nothing to download and the whole thing is ~25 KB.
What you get:
