Wireway is a native Mac app (SwiftUI on a Kotlin/Native engine, no Electron, no JVM) that decrypts HTTPS and shows which app sent every request, from Android over adb, the iOS Simulator and your Mac. It handles HTTP/2, gRPC, Protobuf, WebSockets and MessagePack, and loads yourproto files so gRPC bodies show real field names. Rewrite requests with rules, throttle the connection, and let AI agents read your traffic over the built-in MCP server. Free for personal use, Pro for work.

Hey Product Hunt, I’m a full-time mobile dev. For years I debugged with Charles Proxy, and on my machine its memory kept growing until it got slow. I got fed up and built a bare-bones proxy just for myself. Over the months it grew into Wireway.
It’s a native Mac app (SwiftUI on a Kotlin/Native engine, no Electron, no JVM). It decrypts HTTPS and shows which app each request came from, across Android over adb, the iOS Simulator and your Mac. It handles HTTP/2, gRPC, Protobuf, WebSockets and MessagePack, and it has an MCP server so an AI agent can read your traffic while you debug.
It’s free for personal use. The first 20 people who send me a bug report or a feature request get a free Pro license: wireway.dev/shape-it
Apple silicon Macs only for now, and Windows and Linux are planned. I’d love to hear what breaks or what’s missing, and I’ll answer every comment today.
