the no-api-key basic mode is a really smart move, lets you actually try the thing before committing to anything. and hand-off to a human when the bot gets stuck is honestly the part most AI shops forget about.
@melih787606 Thanks Melih! Exactly, a lot of store owners want to see if AI chat actually helps before committing to an API bill, and the human hand-off was non-negotiable for us too.
